Returns & Refunds
Sometimes, things go wrong...
But it doesn't have to stay that way!
I am a very small business so as you might imagine, I'll do everything I can to make sure you are happy with your purchase and don't need a refund or to return anything. However, what matters the most is that you are happy, full stop!
So if there is anything you are not satisfied with, contact me within 14 days of receiving your order and we'll work out a solution. If the only solution is that you return your order for an exchange or refund, I'll provide you with the address to send the item back in its original packaging with all labels on. I will ask that you cover postage.
